June 25- Wall pockets and fun details. This is a great intro class to clay. We will be using slabs and adding texture with rollers, mats, and fabric. Then we will fold them into wall pockets. Melinda (owner and instructor) will also demo how she makes fun details to add to her pieces. Price includes all materials and firing.

July 23-Quilt block pillow- Learn how to make a simple but fun quilt block design that it just the right size for turning into a pillow, tote bag, or wall decor.

July 9- Clay Cylinders- A 1 1/2 hour class where participants will make a hand built cylinder that can be used for multiple functions. This will include clay, textures, stamps, tools, and underglaze patterns. You will add underglaze and can also carve into that. Then choose a colored or clear finishing glaze. Stop back in 1-2 weeks to pick up your finished cylinder.

July 30-Clay Plates- A 2 hour class where participants will make 2-4 plates. This will include clay, textures, stamps, tools, molds, and underglaze patterns. You will add underglaze and can also carve into that. Then choose a colored or clear finishing glaze. Stop back in 1-2 weeks to pick up your finished plates

July 16- Recycled Jewelry A 1 1/2 hour class where participants will make multiple sets of earrings by recycling painted paper and tin. These can be all colors of your choice and will teach you how to reuse common materials to make one of a kind jewelry.
